Community working group

A community working group for Dogger Bank Creyke Beck has been established with representatives from parish councils, East Riding of Yorkshire Council and community groups taking part. The working group's aim is to help Forewind define the site of the onshore infrastructure near the existing substation in Cottingham.

More specifically, the group will help Forewind identify the precise location of the direct current (DC) to alternating current (AC) converter station/s and onshore AC cable route. It will also assist with the communication of issues between Forewind and local stakeholders, including businesses and nearby residents.
